What's the best position to sleep?

Most people do not sleep in the healthiest position, which affects not only the quality of sleep but also other aspects of life: sleeping poorly positioned can lead to physical complications such as back pain or neck pain.

Your favorite position to fall asleep is the one you choose every night when you lie down. However, this may not be the position in which you wake up. Our body changes its position multiple times throughout the night, in order to prevent muscles or certain limbs from becoming numb.
